The Initiative for Sustainable Energy Policy (ISEP) is pleased to announce its first call for papers for ISEP’s virtual workshop.

We encourage researchers working on energy, environment, and sustainable development to submit working papers or research designs. ISEP will select four papers for Fall 2019. Each paper will be separately provided feedbacks by two discussants recruited by ISEP. We are particularly keen to support promising junior researchers and allow them to get detailed input from experts. All workshops will be conducted online.

Timeline and format:

• We will consider either (1) full papers or (2) research designs.
• We will select one paper to workshop per month.
• There is no formal presentation. Each workshop will last 60-75 minutes, with 5 minutes for opening remarks by the author, 10 minutes of dedicated time for each discussant, 30-45 minutes of time for discussion, and 5 minutes for concluding remarks by the presenter.
• Each workshop will have a chair and two discussants.
• Workshops will take place over Zoom.
