Created by the Initiative for Sustainable Energy Policy (ISEP), the database includes a total of 1440 rural households in all 24 districts of Jharkhand, India, surveyed between July-August 2019. The database is a result of a dedicated state-level study of household access to electricity and clean cooking fuel, satisfaction with energy services, and employment in and perceptions of the coal industry in the state.
