Mini Rani Sharma is the State Project Manager at Panchayat Raj, Rural Development Department, Government of Jharkhand. She is a competent IT professional with firsthand experience of working with Government, offering nearly 17 years of notable contribution in the entire process of Policy Making, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment for E-Governance, E- Panchayat, E-Office, Digital Transactions, Project Management and Application Development and Support.
She has experience of working with all the senior administrators of Jharkhand as Domain Expert and has worked for implementation of SARATHI, VAHAN and UIDAI schemes in Jharkhand. Her contribution as cyber security expert and Chief Technical Officer, CID Jharkhand is commendable. She is also an educator.
At ISEP, Mini seeks to work as mentor to local Civil Society Organizations of Jharkhand and guide them to produce relevant work that could be used by the government and the administrators to contribute towards the clean energy mission of the state.
