Raghav Anand provides support to Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation’s Clean Energy Finance team where he works on financial sector policy reform to spur clean energy investments in India. Before joining Shakti, Raghav obtained his MA in International Economics with a concentration in Energy, Resources, and the Environment from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
As an ISEP fellow, Raghav hopes to contribute to the ongoing discussion on India’s energy transition through research on the confluence between policy, finance, and technology.
